There are no emissions from the PGP system. Air emissions are limited to those produced inside of the exhaust from operation of the engines or turbines which use the syngas to generate electrical power, and meet or more desirable all Canadian or European standards per kwh of electrical power produced.

PGP is a thermal process that comprises the utility of intense heat to waste factors in a wholly closed, controlled, and oxygen-starved atmosphere. This process converts waste factors into a blank synthetic gas and heat that will also be used to generate electrical power. This shouldn't be an incineration process it's because no burning occurs.

The 3rd and final product of the process is a glass-like reusable solid (in differently called slag) it is produced when the non-volatile points of the waste material decompose. As hard and blank as glass, this solid has loads of uses such as a road or constructing material additive. The solid does not react with other points and leaches less than the glass from a commonplace soda bottle.

There are three products produced by PGP. The fundamental product of the process is a man-made gas produced when the volatile points inside of the waste material are reduced to their base molecules. This gas is used to generate electrical power by feeding it into the same class of gas engine used inside of the production of electrical power from pure gas.

Some matters are very difficult to recycle. Most of the time, leftover waste will grow to be in landfills or incinerators. This is where the Plasma Gasification Process (PGP) comes in. The process deals a nil waste solution to converting garbage to a blank synthetic gas and other products to make electrical power, fertilizer, construction material, salt and blank water.

The PGP system can process any waste circulate such as: MSW (Municipal Solid Waste), biomedical waste and spent potliner, a granular waste from aluminum smelting, biomass, oil shale, automobile fluff, lead contaminated soils, municipal sewage sludge, paint sludge, drum reconditioning sludge, organic petrochemical sludge, illicit medicine, excessive metal content waste, coal and MSW incinerator ashes, paper mill reject waste, fluorescent light ballasts, asbestos containing material, explosives market waste, rubber tires and commercial hazardous wastes including PCBs and targeted insecticides.

The 2nd product of the process is heat which produces steam. The steam is amassed and fed into the electrical power generation process to improve its effectivity.

Currently, no other technology generates as a perfect dealcontinual from a tonne of waste and no other technology has lower emissions per watt of generatedcontinual. A existing PGP conversion plant can generate up to at least one.2 MWh of electrical power per tonne of waste enough tocontinual a normal family for 50 days.

There is almost no limit to the amount of waste which will also be processed. The PGP system is notably adaptable to designing complete tactics around a a latitude of processing string system. The string size for waste streams such as MSW will also be up to 200 metric lots per day with a latitude of plasma arc generator heating tactics per string. The optimum string size for other types of waste is dictated by the traits of the waste itself.
